Setup Service Option
Let our team handle the heavy lifting. When you add setup service to your rental, we'll arrive ahead of your event to unfold and place every chair exactly where you need it. Just tell us your layout, and we'll take care of the rest, so you can focus on your guests instead of the setup.
Restrictions may apply. Base setup cost covers ground level access only, additional fees may apply for accessibility limitations, stairs, or extended distance to the event area.
Delivery + Pickup
Basic delivery & pickup charges include ground level access only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries beyond 100 feet from the vehicle access point, upper level access, or restricted/hard to reach areas. Setup and teardown are not included in standard delivery. Renter is responsible for confirming venue vendor restrictions and obtaining any required permits.
Rental Agreement
A rental agreement will be emailed to you after your order is submitted and must be signed prior to or at time of delivery.
Cancellations + Reschedulings
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date are not refundable, instead you'll receive a credit for the amount paid, valid for 180 days toward a future booking. Rescheduling follows the same policy, requests made more than 14 days out can be changed at no charge, subject to availability, while requests within 14 days are treated as a cancellation and converted to a credit. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to sales@tailoredeventslv.com.
